Scheduling and Contact Information

Photo shoots will usually take between 1 and 2 hours depending on the size and complexity of the property.
Delivery of Photographs
Images are generally delivered by 7pm the next business day following the shoot via dropbox with links to both hi-resolution images, for your marketing materials, and low-resolution images, sized for the web and the MLS. Images for Saturday shoots will be available at 7pm on the following Monday.
Payment may be made in full on-site with check or credit card. Unless you are an established client, payment is required before the images will be delivered. If payment arrangements for regular clients have previously been made, a statement will be sent out the following day. Full payment is expected in 14 days.
At The Shoot
As we're shooting, we make every effort to make a room look ready which includes moving small items, small furniture, etc. from the shots. Please note however, that this does not include cleaning or decluttering. Homeowners and Agents are expected to have the property cleaned, ready and staged prior to the photo shoot.
Cancellation, No-Shows and Inclement Weather Policy
Cancellations/Rescheduling require a 24-hour advance notice. Please attempt to cancel or re-schedule as soon as you are able.
In the event of inclement weather precluding exterior photography, a "drive-by" shoot of the property exterior will be rescheduled at the earliest possible time.
If conditions warrant rescheduling, we leave it up to your discretion to reschedule. We ask that if you would like to do this, that you do it with as much notice as possible. We assume we are still shooting the property (interiors) unless you call/ email us to reschedule.
